The programs you read here, carried through your day
The Brain First app is the TRACK stage of the model: the same free programs, with daily actions, honest check-ins, and progress that doesn't reset every Monday.
How it will work
Everything starts from what already exists on this site. You pick a program — a short path with a stated outcome and a duration. The app turns each step into a day: something to learn, one thing to do, and a check-in that takes seconds. No feed, no content treadmill, no gamified brain scores.
One day of the Sleep program, concretely
- 01 · Learn
Two minutes on why late caffeine fragments deep sleep — the mechanism, not a lecture.
- 02 · Action
Today's action: last coffee before 2pm. One thing, small enough to actually happen.
- 03 · Check-in
Evening check-in: did you do it? How was falling asleep, 1–5? Ten seconds, honest.
Illustrative copy, not app screenshots — we'd rather show you nothing than a mockup pretending to be a product.
What you'd actually get
Progress that survives the week
The site remembers your steps on one device. The app keeps your streaks, your check-ins and your history in one place — so week three builds on week one instead of starting over.
A nudge at the right moment
The action you chose, surfaced when you can actually do it — not another 7am motivational push notification.
Your own data, not the study's
Check-ins accumulate into a simple picture of what actually moved the needle for you. No scores, no brain-age gimmicks — just what you did and what changed.
Like everything Brain First, the app will be educational and wellness support — habit tracking, not health care. It won't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
