Using this site

By using BrainFirst, you agree to these terms. The site offers educational content about brain health — books, courses, and articles — for your personal, non-commercial use. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.

Not medical advice

Our content is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified professional. Please read our medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and artwork on this site belong to BrainFirst or its authors, unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to our articles and courses. Please don’t copy, republish, or sell our content without permission.

Courses are free

The courses on BrainFirst are currently free to read, with no account required. We may change what we offer or how it’s delivered in the future, but we won’t retroactively charge you for content you have already accessed for free.

Buying books on Amazon

Full books are sold on Amazon, and any purchase is governed by Amazon’s own terms, not ours. Where a “Buy on Amazon” link is not yet available, the book is not yet for sale. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links.

No warranties and limits on liability

We work hard to keep our content accurate and the site running, but we provide both “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, BrainFirst is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
